Escalade 3rd Brake Light/spoiler

I was looking for a good deal on Esky 3rd brake light/spoiler and came accross this Here

I will need to get it pained to White diamond pearl to match with my 09 yukon xl slt.

just wanted to know if its a good deal. the link says it doesn't have mounting hardware. could my existing mounting hardware work with it?

I bought one of these..... Got it today. Item description says it's new but, what I got was anything but new, instead what I got was a beat up used piece of *****!!!! It came wrapped in sticky bubble wrap, styrofoam wrap and shrink wrap!!!! No box, no wonder the damn thing was beat up!!!! Anyone else that bought one of these have a similar experience?

I have had a couple of really bad experiences on eBay last few months with sellers that outright lie in the description.

Worse than this was a set of Mercedes wheels I bought for my SL, they were crap but described as perfect condition. Cost me $150 to return them even though the seller admittedly misrepresented them... Seems so unfair....

I welcome your thoughts.

Mine turned out fine. It was wrapped up like lrdog described and the sticky bubble wrap was annoying bit everything turned out fine.

Did you receive a new part or get a used part like I got?

I'm pretty sure mine said new/other. Ebay mobile wont let me check that far back.

Update: I contacted the seller and informed him of the problems with the item. I was very angry last night when I sent him the message through eBay. Today when I looked at the brake light/spoiler I noticed that the red lens was also broken. Rich, the seller is a stand up guy and after he saw the pictures was very apologetic for the condition and that it arrived damaged. Rich buys in bulk, new parts overstocks from GM so, all the parts are in fact new albeit some a lil dirty from sitting in a warehouse somewhere. He immediately said he would send another to me and I didn't need to send back the damaged piece since it would be spending money on something that was going to end up in the trash. Fingers crossed for a better outcome this time.
