Dave I don't know but I think you can do all of your key fob yourself. Maybe I'm wrong but 2012 and up have to be programmed by dealer or locksmith.

Thanks for all the info guys. I finally got around to calling a local locksmith. Found a mobile service, came to the house, programmed my new remote and cut a new key for the remote - $50.00

My 2011 Denali has to be done with the Tech2. Not sure if it changed on all of them in 2011 but I know the Denali has to be done at a dealer or locksmith. I know this because I just had one programmed.

Yesterday I noticed that one of my parts suppliers through work offers these remotes new for a reasonable price. I ended up ordering one for some kind of Cadillac car/SUV and it works perfectly. Its the five button remote with the SUV pictured, not the car. Exactly what I wanted! Just need to remove the Caddy emblem from the back and get one of the bowtie emblems from 'Burbin.
