Must have awesome grandparents! My parents and the wife's parents would be ok with this once a year but twice a year they'd start balking at it

Ah, ok. Thought he brought them.
I am not sure I could go cruising where I'm not reachable by phone. I'm too attached to my kids. They'd have to go on the cruise with me. Unfortunately. Which would ruin any fun and acts of irresponsibility I could fathom.

I did bring the 3 kids, however, we also brought the grandparents to help out with the kids. This is the first cruise for my youngest two, and 2nd cruise for the oldest. But yes on most of the cruises we leave the kids at my in laws...
