I say no. Don't get me wrong, I love the hood, just think that its not you. You always do very subtle changes and keep it clean and classy. This to me is a different look that needs more than just the hood. It will need a level kit at a minimum, but yes, it would at least need some performance upgrades.

I dunno serge, I really like it, but your gonna sell the vehicle in 6 months anyways so why even bother. Wait till the 2014 and save your monies. (not like you need to because of your baller status and all)

That doesn't surprise me ... there's a whole bunch of Callaway Sport Trucks and Suburbans sitting in dealer lots all over the country. It's a lotta money, and way cheaper to add the parts on your own.

My understanding is this particular escalade was sent to auction by SLP and that's where baker Cadillac, Buick gmc picked it up.,it has been there for months and months.

Meh. The only place where a raised hood looks remotely good on a Cadillac is on the CTS-V....

Stay classy San Diego ;)

The white hood with chrome gills looks good; they match the sides. Just not feeling it on the black on though.

This is the first time I think Serge has met such opposition to a mod... or at least have such a polarizing toss up in opinions.

I voted yes...but didn't see the grills. Now I say NO. Liked the lines but the grills scream shackled GTO with traction bars.

Yeti is correct

I vote no. I like the stock look without the harsh lines. For the Esky I think you need to keep it simple. The hood makes it look like there should be a SC under the hood. And even though YOU DO drive it like you stole it, I'd leave it stock.

I'm not sure we've met and I don't see an intro thread. Welcome to TYF and I hope you enjoy your stay :Handshake:
