I went to the dealer today and bought a pair of 07 oem Escalade tail lights to fit onto my Yukon. When i looked at my cars connecter it had a 5 pin and the escalade a 6 pin connector..

So my question is does anyone know of any mods make this work?

Has anyone managed to do this before?

Only three post here I see, so maybe you just didn't know to look here first before buying them... You know that they're not the same shape as your appliques too, right?

Anyway, as you can see, it can be done. There are some other routes to go if you don't want to mess with the Esky lights (much CHEAPER routes, too), FYI.

Good luck!

Yeah Kmel is right, you will undergo extensive mods to fit them properly.
You could have just got Tahoe desgned ones from Ebay for alot better of a price.

I could still take them back for a refund, i haven't messed with them yet, I got a pair of aftermarket esky like LED's but they don't light up like the esky for example; with park light on, the whole tail is lit not like the esky with just the edge lit. That's why I'm trying to fit oem esky lights on..

If you know of any aftermarket RED esky light copy's on the market that light up the same as the esky ill be interested in buying them.. Cheer's

why not take the aftermarkets apart and rewire them to work the way you want?

I have looked into it as well but they do not make anything like the esky's that light up the same way as close as you can get are the one's like I have but they light up the whole light but really not a lot of people are going to know plus like mine are blacked out with just the bottom clear for the rear light it looks just like a esky.
