Got my 3rd brake light from nttakeoff or something like that and this thing is brand spanking new. Now I have to get it painted because it is silver!!

GM: Well, we had to cut back a little on the budget, and ditching those extra LEDs were the way to go!

What kind of paint do you use and how much would this normally cost?

I took all my stuff into the shop today (tails, apps, and third light and housing) getting everything smoked and painted. It was going to be $300 for everything. I then asked about what type of warranty they offer. I was told if i wanted a lifetime using PPG paint, color -matched it was going to be $450.
