Ive done it before.. And you could do it in your backyard too..

Just scuff with a red pad, wax and grease remover it, maybe maybe apply a light coat of adhesion promoter, then rattle can it. Or use a automotive spray gun, but either way will work out fine. Dont get a glossy color, because that will make reflection with the sun while your driving.. and youll be set tho man.. no need to clear it.. pretty simple tho

yea, you should tell us how everything goes man.. Umm lol.. its on the back burner right now  i just have alot going on in life right now, its up for sale but its not going anywhere and i know ill regret it if it does sell. I could defff use it tho later on, i mean a 383 would help, but a 383 whippled and intercooled would be even better :) lol Im on a path right now for getting some electric fans for me hoe and underdrive pulleys :) as well as a 6al and MSD upgrade.. hopefully to boost some mpgs.. also need an exhaust :hmm: damnit! lol.. whats new with you?

That dash would be perfect need to see if he will ship otherwise may just go to LKQ thier about 30 minutes from me! As far as my ride it is one issue at a time she is still studdering at low RPMs feels like a backpressure issue. You can feel the new motor and tune wanting to work and it screams above 3000 but its a dog out of the hole. I have a x-pipe and 2.5 inch exhaust waiting to weld up when I get time and oh yeah money. I think once I get that done and rewire my crank trigger she will be ready to run hoping to get 350-400 hp from it. On yours once you get the fans done you will feel the diffrence add the MSD and exhaust and she will be a diffrent ride. I feel for you the tbi seris is a pain to find parts for but a strong plant to start with best of luck if you need anything let me know ride looks good you have done it right!
