I purchased a blue Denali cluster, plus the HUD display, new eyebrow panel, HUD switch panel and adapter harnesses from another member here. He used them in his Tahoe for a year and then pulled them before he sold it. I'll need to get the cluster programmed to my VIN, which I can have done through White Automotive unless anyone knows a DIY method through HPTuners or an MVI2 interface. I know I'll eventually need a HUD windshield, but there are some workarounds I can try until I need a new windshield. The original is still like new so it would be a shame to replace it.
Let me know if you run into any issues with the swap, I just finished it on mine. The windshield thing isn't so bad, I got used to it in a week or so. You'll need to trim the defrost trim panel, that's really the only thing you'd have to do other than plug and play. I ordered my cluster from WAI, so I don't have any input on the programming, sorry.

Awesome! Thank you for the tips and willingness to assist along the way. I ordered a small piece of reflective material designed for a HUD that adheres to the inside of the windshield. Might be a waste of money and plastic but figured it was worth a try. How long did it take you to complete the job?

I did the cluster and HUD separately, so hard to say. Nothing was overly difficult, the harness makes things a breeze for the most part. Maybe an hour or two total? I did have to hunt down a nut and screw to mount the HUD unit, and I think I had to put a block of rubber on the side of the heatsink to level it up and keep vibrations down. I need to design something and 3d print it to fit around the heatsink fin that'll space it out like it needs. Let me know if you run into that and I'll do some measuring and printing.
