Alright Guru's. My 05 z71 hoe sweats like no other vehicle I've ever owned and I would like the peace of mind to know this is common for these. I've noticed it's a lot heavier on humid days which is expected but even on lesser humid days the drainage is pretty pronounced. Is this typical? I run the ac on lowest temp possible and highest fan possible. I often forget to hit the recirc button but it seems sweaty regardless. Please le me know if this is the norm. Thanks in advance.

No worries. Depending on the humidity it can look like you punctured a radiator lol

LOL Ok thanks Sumo!!! I've been in the auto industry 20 years and never saw AC drainage like that!!!! That's cool. On that note though.... does all that water flow lead to any increased rusting underneath I need to look for and deal with???

If it is straight water, then it can only mean one thing, the A/C is doing it's job and removing water from the air. Definitely a good thing. Yes using the recirc function will reduce the drainage. It's just water going to the ground as the factory intended, no need to worry about rust.
