First off, spray it down with some Kroil or PB Blaster if you haven't done so and let it sit a bit to soak into the threads.

Tack welding a nut would be the best way, not only to be able to get a wrench on it but the heat helps also.

You can try some heat if you have a propane or map gas torch, then clamp a pair of vice grips on it maybe?

Also, sometimes tightening it just a bit will also help break it free and allow it to screw out easier.

Thank you guys for all the suggestions!! I tried doing it the easy/cheat way and just end up wasting time. In hindsight, I should’ve just removed the manifolds from the get go, but had to use the vehicle today. I will get back at it this weekend and see how it goes.
I don’t have a welder, so I’m giving this tool a try after removing the manifold.

+1 ^^^^

I've had the best luck with Deep Creep penetrating oil, but that should be the next step unless you have a welder.
Deep creep did wonders, zip all 3 out with no problem.
Best room and results will come after the manifold removal, but, you may break other bolts while doing so.
Should have done it from the get go ‍♂️. Manifold removal is a must!

Well, I don’t get to try out the extractor tool, lol. After removing the manifold it gave me all the room needed to get a channel lock in there. Loosing and tightening it back and forth.
