I actually just Googled 'oval exhaust tip' and went to the shopping part. I got mine at a muffler shop locally.

Looks like they are called Ractive though.

I as well think it is 3" inches.

However, an easy way to figure it out is go to the truck, equipped with a tape measure and measure it.
