Ok guys twice this week I have had the Yukon take more that 5 seconds to start. It just spins over and then finally catches. It's almost like it is out of fuel... any thoughts or am I just crazy.

Thanks

Im pretty sure the newer tahoe's use individual electronic Fuel injectors controlled by a regulator , they are known to be the second most common failure in the Fuel pressure system other than the pump .

I would check the Fuel pressure first and go from there

I'd start with a simple fuel filter replacement unless it's been done really recently. Clogged filters can cause extended start times. Check fuel pressure as well since GM pumps are known to fail.

CEL?

Just got my 08 Yukon XL back from the dealer yesterday. Same thing was happening to my truck and they said the injectors were bad. Replaced all of them and I'm hoping that takes care of the issue.
