More than likely they are trans and oil cooler lines. In the GMT800s the radiator has the 2 coolant lines and 2 trans lines. Then had separate oil and trans coolers.

Yeah, my gmt 900 had a separate tranny oil radiator in front of the main unit. Then again, not all of them got it and I think the new ones all do, even the not tow package versions.

Thanks for the input guys. If the 15s have some sort of in radiator transmission cooling system, then that is not a good thing for those of us that tow a trailer. Even with my tow package and external cooler in front of radiator and condensor pulling 6 to 7% grades and high ambient temperatures here in the desert southwest; my temps go up pretty quick. My 2008 also has a external engine oil cooler which I'm guessing the 15s don't?
Maybe GM will go back and install the external coolers in newer models, say 2016 and later? Gotta have this for towing because they are rated for 8000lbs plus!

I'm sure a decent hitch shop could add an additional transmission cooler to the system. I'm not sure why it's a bad thing to build it into the main radiator system. If nothing else, these new models confirm the SAE towing protocols whereas the old ones didn't.

Exactly comes with HVAC condenser, it is the upper section and the condenser is the lower section. For my 2015 Tahoe I already installed an external trans cooler (Trucooler 35,000). Saudi Arabia weather is extremely hot during summer and by stock setup we cannot go off-roading. check the below link to see trans cooler:
