NBS Flex KOEO spec is 48-54 psi.
Being a Flex, you probably have a fuel filter inline on the frame. Has that been changed lately?

OK, I'm pulling together my parts list to purchase for this intake manifold gasket job. Are there other 'preventative replace' type things I should do while in there? (I already replaced the camshaft position sensor within the past year.how did you replace that camshaft position sensor without removing the intake? I was able to do the oil pressure sender without removing intake but it was a bit of a bear on my back. I could not get to the camshaft sensor essentially next to the oil pressure sender.
Agree replacing oil pressure sender with removing intake since it's way easier. Recommend only using ACDelco for knock sensors but not the advantage line. If I recall, some people had good luck with Delphi but otherwise don't go aftermarket.
I'm already stumped on this project with removing the fuel injector connectors. The service manual isn't any help and I haven't found an external reference that's helpful, either. See attached images for my installation. The injector connector I have doesn't match the service manual. I figured out how to removed the retaining clip, but can't find a tab to push that will release the connector.
What am I missing?
