I have a 1995 Tahoe LT with A/C. I unplugged the control head to test for power reaching it, and now the fan motor is on low and won't shut off unless I pull out the fuse. This is with the control head unplugged. Any ideas?

so with fuse in but control head unplugged fan runs on low speed? should not be possible. would have to be a high resistance wire or high speed blower speed relay short if so.

Guess I will start there then. I'll have to print out the schematic for it though....:hmmm2:

Thank you for your help.

Maybe somebody can weigh in if there's a blower fan control module that could be bad. I'm not sure if the tahoes have one though

these ones do not. the fan switch simply routes the power thru varying resistant routes determining the power that reaches the fan.
