@Trey Hardy I might go with a lift again eventually, I like the height of 3 inches of lift but there are no kits that address the lower control arm angle for 3 inches.

I have a 94 k1400 that I am going to make into my off road rig I think
If your going to heavily off-road it solid axle swap will be your best bet if not plan to do the full kryptonite suspension on it or else you’ll be changing ball joints and wheel bearings ever couple months we beat the shit out my buddy’s old truck and we were constantly replacing front end parts with his 6” rough country lift but we were using moog parts and I think that’s about the time the moog quality dropped

@Marky Dissod I have Moog 81244 springs in the front and 81069 in the rear so it is still probably a bit taller than the average Tahoe but from the angles of the suspension now it looks a lot more comfortable within factory geometry, hopefully it rides a little nicer now.
See......see......"rides a little nicer now"......I rest my case.....

Agreed. As a former owner of a purpose built off road rig, solid axle is the way to go. That K1500 could handle a Dana60 at the front and a FF 14 bolt at the rear.

@Actifenpleinair I think so, it is now lower to the ground the wheels are closer to the body. I suspect I picked up at least 1mpg since I removed the lift and wheel spacers.
