Hey guys and girls,
I recently purchased a fiberglass roll pan for my nbs and was wondering if you all had any suggestions. From the looks of things I will need to either use self tapping screws or rivets on the sides from the inside out to the lip of the rear fender if that makes any sense. f6363d06b363c9411918b804f6e6d233.jpg

I don't really see any other way to attach, as the back is just blank, so no bolting to frame. I bought the thing off of eBay for $80 and it seems to be a perfect fit just laying it up there, so i don't think any fiberglass work will be needed

Thanks in advance,
Jason

Well I decided to just wing it...my paint hasn't come in yet so for now it's just black. Pretty easy once the rusted stock bolts came off...just drilled some holes and used self tapping screws for mock up till paint. If the paint matches I plan on doing the spots on the rear door that are peeling up. Also had to cut about 2 and a half inches off the rear of the frame, so no re installing the bumper. d80c3ef16b563b9744fbab9f67632399.jpg3d6674b7bd4110d361d070bbc9b88d70.jpg

Thanks man I really appreciate that. I have read your build quite a few times and to be honest it's basically what I would like my build to eventually look like. I do plan to paint it myself with a color matched spray can. I hope it comes out well, otherwise I think I'm to try to teach myself how to use a spray gun. I've never really done anything like this myself but really enjoy finding out what works and what doesn't. I would like to weld up the wiper assembly holes and window popper hole. Again depending on how well the paint turns out, I plan on painting most of the grill shell and the ss style front bumper that is on its way in the mail. Needless to say I really enjoy doing even the smallest things to this vehicle.

That looks nice. I went with the Polyurethane Street Scene roll pan. I've had it on for about 8 months or so and finally had it painted over these last few days. Changed the whole look of the Denali. It's gonna look great when you paint it.

Wet sanded and repainted/re cleared everything (including rear hatch). Came out pretty nice I think. I've got a lot to learn when it comes to spraying.
