Nope. Literally free. all I had to do was provide paint and he took care of the rest. Ive known him for a long time so it was nothing for him to get it done. The cool thing is that it wasnt this guy who physically painted them. It was some job corp guy. and he clearly did a good job but only because the real paint guy has been teachin him how to do it good. plus it prolly just gave them something to do during the day while the real paint guy was out driving a concrete truck.
and Im not really considered a "customer" to him. just a friend at work.

Im pretty sure they just cleaned them, mixed the paint and chemicals, and painted. but Ill find out tomorrow when I go back to work and make sure. Im fairly certain they didnt sand or nothin
