You could always shave the uca down or cut them off

VABURB,

Lovin the burb. If you go with the jounce bumps on the lowers you'll instantly re-gain some road control and reduce pre-mature wear on your new bills. Another good add-on to this setup is front and rear sway bar bushings. I went with energy suspension bushings.. if you order the rear set on ebay some come with bushings that will fit your new jeep rear links. Also you might notice your rear end is now shifted a bit toward the drivers side - a spohn adjustable panhard bar will put back to center, if that's of any concern down the road.

Gosh dang that looks sharp; the tire/wheel combo is impeccable. I dig your new avatar ;)

Hey, are all of the moving parts on your truck still original? When I installed bigger tires I noticed the steering became sketchy. No problems @ 1st but after a couple months a lot of play developed in the steering wheel to the point where I'm either holding it at 11:00 or 1:00 99% of the time. It makes me paranoid when I'm going 60-mph on a 5-lane highway and the steering wheel is holding to 1 direction or the other. I haven't found anything suspicious, much less faulty, on this truck so here is a heads-up & please update this thread if you find yourself having to replace anything or scratching your head @ phantom quirks that begin to develop. There are various HD idler assembly-- some with weld-on braces, pitman/idler bracket kits (Cognito) and HD tie rods all manufactured for these trucks but I don't know if any of these apply to me. Here's a link to check out:

Right on point BeenChevy I definetly noticed my driver side lower in the rear had no idea what is was thanks for all the info going to be digging back into the burb after the holidays.

Thanks Chubbs got to say im pretty damn hype with the way its coming along. Everything is original for the most part I havent noticed anything yet but I had to install a new steering box before i started the lift and everything feels tight right now but that may change after a while. Its got 95k on it so im sure things will start going and ill start bolting better stuff in as i go. Ill definetly keep this thread updated as things move along.

Lol my UCAs on my leveling kit setup are just about resting on the bump-stops in the front. Drives a bit harsh and seems to throw the truck up on particular bumps but.....so far so good for me. Had the leveling kit installed since 8.22.17
