No! -25 will be way outside the fender! You need a +25 to be inside the fender, but +12 on a 9" rim is flush or less with the fender

I see you do not have those plastic fenders I got. All 2003 + models do. :)

That would be incorrect lol. Mines an 04... It was a optional item. Simple though, how far do your fender flares stick out past the body?

I am not sure. I am not able to measure, because the truck is in storage somewhere else than home.
But I am guessing an inch?

The most stock fenders stick out is about 1/2"-3/4". I would recommend a +0 offset unless you want them to stick out just past the flares then go with -25
