Is there a disadvantage of getting used keys?

No. Used keys are fine.

Do you know how much offset those rims have? And are the tires aligned with the fenders? (I need new rims that are aligned with the fenders.)

Yes, I do have the fender flares.
And I am running 18x9" Ballistic Hostel wheels with +12 offset.
I guees I will need somewhere around -25 to have the wheels aligned with the fender flares.

No! -25 will be way outside the fender! You need a +25 to be inside the fender, but +12 on a 9" rim is flush or less with the fender
