Trying to find a 2015i to drive locally but dealers in Toronto don't have them on the lots yet.

One question I had on these "mid year" models.. Given a lot of the bugs original 2015 owners had, is it typical for GM to make unadvertised improvements/bug fixes to the mid years? I.e. the 4WD issue and reprogram - would these sorts of things be proactively taken care of in a mid year? To me that would be worth holding out for a 2015i - knowing it has a better of chance of less issues.
