Something I have wanted and worked for, for a long time. Couldn’t get it due to having a dog that was in and out of the vet often. The dog had since passed away.

I waited almost 2 years, this is the first Yukon that I have ever wanted. I gave up the Escalade. Too pricey for the same car tbh.

I hear the chip shortage is easing, but then the inflation may still climb. So I tried to find it now, but if I could not - at least I will still be holding the order i have, just in case.

I think it’s more of a I’m running out of patience. Lol. I also kind of wanted it before in the September area because come October it’s going to be more like winter weather in Colorado. So before October would’ve been the best time to go on the road trip, there’s a almost 2-year-old that I’ve never met due to this Covid stuff.
There's no hurry slow down. Order in December March is the best month for 4 wheel drive rebates. Take a vacation stay away from this site for a week and pinch yourself if you find yourself thinking about it. I'm not a therapist but I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express.

That’s great and all I don’t need a therapist. Lol.

it’s more of a determination. In the meantime I do study for my exams. I get 2WD. Like I said I have an order in, I just need to learn to wait for that. ;P

but I’ll pinch myself if I think about it. lol

I have one on order for employee pricing, well employee supplier pricing. That one I’m willing to do. The saving up for the three months and then putting it down on the loan again, was because somebody owes me some money and had they paid me back by now, I would have everything I need.

it’s just more of a patience issue. They can’t tell me when I can get the 22, and I get that; I was just hoping to have it for a road trip that’s all. So I figured I would try for the one I found that’s actually coming, which is exact same thing I would’ve ordered anyway, minus the entertainment system in the back.

most I paid was $530. And I was OK with that because I was able to put more down on it if I needed to and I also paid it off sooner. For this one I would like the same or less the monthly payment. :)

but I’ll roll the dice and see what happens with my order. I do hope it comes sometime this year or early next year.
You probably wouldn’t get a 2022 until mid November at the very best. Production dates are October 4 I believe was posted on here. And I doubt there will be any differences from 2021.

Not to mention they COULD raise the price for 22s. I highly doubt they’ll be any rebates on these vehicles anytime soon. Nobody can keep them in stock within a 250 mile radius of where I am and they are paying MSRP or above.

In michigan they are offering a $1000 Costco rebate and GM employee if you qualify.

Dealer I have the order with says as long as GM has the employee pricing then I’ll be OK. We have someone that works for GM that can give me the friends and family/Employee supplier. And as long as GM doesn’t revoke it I’ll be OK. I know they’re going to up about $700, there is an article I saw that GM was raising the prices they raise them a little bit each year.

but hell if I end up getting it after January, early birthday present for me. :)

That’s too bad because I could use that to offset the shipping cost! However, Michigan is not one of the 13 states listed that is California emissions compliant. =\

I was looking at Rivard GMC in Florida, I have seen it they’ve had 9K off MSRP. They’ve sold to California before. But I’m not sure if Florida is emissions compliant with California.
