Fix chip in bumper paint?

How do you fix this? I dont want to repaint the whole thing... is there any type of filler that works? Thick paint, let dry and sand...? Ideas?

Looks like it was painted once before. You could try sanding it flat and rattle can it with the factory color coded touchup.

Where to buy spot putty? I have a small nick in rear bumper similar to his although smaller. But I can see the black plastic that’s below the paint?

Guess really it's gonna take sanding, repainting the entire bumper, to ever look right... thanks guys.

Yea you can spot fix it but you'll see that it won't match. Best is to repaint the whole bumper. I painted mine with a rattle can.
