Why would you want one running all the time??

My radiator must be taking some serious abuse going through these rapid heating and cooling cycles. Since the stock GM radiator is prone to failing already, I can't see how cycling fans will increase their reliability.

meaning going from 200 degrees to 180 is too much abuse? my 01 grand prix fans arnt always running, just when the temp needs to come down

finding a power source to tie into

I added a relay and double tap fuse wire into the fuse panel for an ignition on/ hot wire for my e-fans. You have to check with a meter in the fuse box but one side will be hot (on all the time) and other will switch on when you turn on your ignition. Also had to notch the cover a little to not pinch it.
