Ah yes. I had a few tunes done for the 383 and non of them helped. This happened with the old black box pcm as well as the 411.

i think you should go back to a delphi or delco IAC, put the screw back where it was, relearn the IAC positioning and have the min idle in pcm checked. do a leakdown check of injection spider also.
I got a recent tune from black bear that helped a lot he set my idle up to 875 and that has helped but I have tried every thing it idled and ran fine with the factory cam but when I went to this one it has never idled right but I was told with a 109 lsa it would be real hard to tune. I have plenty of spare parts i have tried to no avail, I can't find anything wrong with the engine.
