FNG from the PNW...

hello All.


I just purchased a 2K1 Tahoe LT last week
so far, it's bone stock with about 84,000 miles

I intend to do a basic exhaust and some sort of induction work as well as tuning with HPTuners

possibly beef up the stereo a little.




I've also got a 2005 Pontiac GTO (with a little work done)

yeah,
the truck seems to be in pretty clean shape.
good oil pressure, interior isn't worn too bad, paint is in good shape.

one wierd thing about it is that it was a Canadian vehicle (carfax shows it was accepted by the USDOT at Blane Washington) dash was converted.

it has 2 giveaways, the climate controll is in *C and the seats are stitched a little different than what I've seen in other Tahoe's



I'm very happy with the vehicle and the deal I got on it.

so far....

I just added a K&N Pannel filter (considering returning it or selling it and getting a Spectre 9900 open filter and tube)
also I just added a Magnaflow Muffler (that I had laying in the garage)
as well I "Foam'd tha Hoe" (seafoam)
and swapped the oil out for full synthetic
(I purchased a fuel filter, but havn't done it yet)

probably wait till next spring to service the transmission (unless I go ahead with the "Corvette Servo mod"


eventually (when I get my laptop fixed)
I'll work on my tune
