From what I have deduced:

OBS - Old Body Style
NNBS - New Body Style... What's the other "N" for?
esky - Escalade
Joe - Tahoe

Derp.. Missing anything else?

NBS is 00-06 new body style. NNBS is 07+ new new body style.
