OEM Fog light harnesses are not part of our trucks unless you had foglights from the factory.
Three choices:
1) build your own.

2) You can get an aftermarket harness built for about 100 from ebay; I've not done this personally but it looks legit. you send them your factory switch and they build a harness around it. Search ebay on your year tahoe foglight harness.

3) Ive added the factory harnesses and stock foglights to my vehicle.
There are two harnesses you'll need.
One goes from the switch to the fusebox and comes with the fog light relay then it goes thru the firewall.
Second harness goes from foglights thru the low beam headlight on drivers side, grounds on d-side fender and connects to the first harness on engine side of firewall.
Find these in a junk yard or buy new for around 300+

Real issue is finding the stock foglight mounting buckets; good luck.

Tbruz, thanks for the info. I figured it wasn't going to be easy. So I don't have junk yards around here with any of our style trucks in them or if they do, they are plain sle's or ls's. So where can I find the harnesses new? And I will start keeping my eyes open for mounting buckets.

Heres the Ebay one harness for $100 Item Number: 160863160761
Heres the Ebay Foglights for $50 each Item number: 390462345629

GM Harnesses are GM parts 15743770 and 15045442.
you should be able to get them for about $350 from vpartsinc.com

1 15045442 - HARNESS FRT FOG L $127.19
1 15743770 - HARNESS ASM FRT FOG LP S $214.41
Subtotal: $341.60
Shipping: $6.67
Total: $348.27

Look in LMC catalog for the stock bumper chrome or painted; don't remember the price

The tough parts to locate are the switch and the two mounting buckets
and you have the switch already.

What kind of dash it that

I had the dash hydrodipped by a company in Florida. Turned out awesome!

Tbruz,
Thanks alot for the info. I picked up the harness from eBay tonight. I have the lmc catalog and can't decide on what bumper yet so I'm gonna hold off on the lights for now. I am leaning toward the one with the round holes after what you said about finding the limited style buckets. But anyways thanks again!

I used the GM parts and they were easy once figured out.
You will need both harnesses as they work as one unit once connected.

under dash harness
One end plugs into the stock switch
two plugs go directly into fusebox under dash,
Attach the relay body under dash and drill a hole in firewall to pass wire into engine compartment.
Wire comes with boot to seal against the weather

Second harness (under hood harness) connects to the wire that comes from inside, a ground lug on drivers side fender. unplug low beam headlight and plug one end into headlight and other end into the wire you just disconnected from the low beam headlight.
final two connectors are for the fog lights.

Take a pic of fusebox under dash and I'll show you where the harness plugs in.
You need to verify that you have a male pin in position one of the two position connector (illumination) otherwise you have to splice into another harness to get this.
What year is your ride?
