Foglight HID's

I know several have had issues with there fog HID's, that's not what I'm looking for here. I have a set of ballast from fogs in a former vehicle. The plugs to the OE bulbs (5202) seems to be smaller what the ballst will accept. Are the ballast used for our fogs different then say our low beam ballast?

where did You find Bulbs for it and Have Found a awnser to the balst issue yet?
