I think you'd be better off going to the local shop. They have heard the mainstream equipment over and over again. They would give the ultimate review there.

No one usually grasps a gurus view of things.

I love my sundown amps. Aq doesn't make a bad amp.

thats a 1000rms amp for your dd if it were dual 4. Sundown amps are built strong. I run mine at .5ohm daily with zero problem

memphis, alpine, JL, boston, focal, and mb quart all make good highs amps, if you want to stick with the same company just go with the alpine and you will be fine and get the ones with the power rating as groundscr8pr said

I had Alpine Type S coax in my integra and ran then off an alpine 75x4 amp and they were nice and clean. I'd recommend that setup to anyone that didn't want to break the bank on their setup.

I used to have memphis and i liked it. Only thing is, im trying to stay w/ the same amp brand for the alpines and for my DD subs. What memphis would you recommend for the alpines and dd's? Someone told me for the dd i think the pr1000.1?

I was thinking alpine since thier alpine speakers, but like i stated above, i want the same brand for both. but never really llike alpine. Havent tried their newer amps though.
