For those who have tinted tail lights!

just buy some 5% tint from autozone or something and tint them yourself. Less work involved and comes out good, I tinted my taillights all red two years ago b4 replacing with leds. I bought red tint and used a heat gun to put them on.

I checked the website out and saw that there are about 6 different types of strips...which one did you get? Also, they look like they need to be hardwired. How and where did you wire them? Post some installation pics

I just spliced into the left tail light harness so I would light up only when the brakes were on. These are the strips I went with:

I got a couple pm's about the led lightbar but i cant send any back b/c i dont have enough posts...to answer everyone's questions...the light strip is from oznium.com...its a flexible, waterproof led strip...comes in 6 foot strips...i cut a foot off and sealed the end with waterproof silicone...costs about 80$ shipped...its hardwired into my tail light harness...any other questions you can email me at [email protected]
