Wasn't too bad today but would love to take a break from these temps and drive down 95. Once we're able to head down I'll let you know. @Fosscore

You florida guys have it great. Car weather all year round.

In SWFL for the weekend and I'm amazed at how many tricked out trucks, bikes and cars there are. Car culture isn't big near me, but I haven't seen a stock vehicle since I hit the fl border.

Yeah the weather is pretty killer year round. Summer is brutal hot, but the "winters" and the beach make it worth it. There are sweet rides from supercars to old school rides all the time. I see new stuff every day I drive around town.

Good you could make it down this way and get out of that cold stuff up north. Enjoy! @05alive

Finally got around to painting my rear bumper pads again. I did this about a year ago, but then the paint started to flake a bit. Could have been a bit of bad prep and/or a combination of UV as well. Looks much better, even though it is the textured black plastic (the only parts that are not actually color matched).

And unfortunately while working on the Suburban this morning, a gust of wind came thru my carport and swung the wooden gate open too far and smacked the right front wheel well lip and left me a new MF'n small ding. I buffed out the white paint transfer and thankfully it didn't do anything to my paint. Nothing I could do and no one to blame but myself, so I cussed it all day while doing my truck projects. Still shaking my head. Grand scheme it could be something much worse, but not good for OCD!

On a good note...that ding is in the best ideal spot to be pulled out. could have certainly been worse like a in the middle of the door or rear qp.

The rear bumper looks great tho;)

:yuno: Fuuuuuu is right and it looks worse in person. I need some PDR work as I inherited a few dings around the truck. Yeah the bumper needed some love and I had those pads off for way to long. That damn textured plastic sux though. Can't sand the texture away (tried that), likes to fisheye (fought with that too), but way better painted than always rubbing 303 on there as the sun just makes it disappear so fast down here.
