found a cam but need some info

i found a zo6 cam for my 4.8 which has a CAI,longtube headers,servo so what im wanting to no is will it work on my tahoe? and if so what all will i need to buy extar with it. And will i need to get it tuned and if i do have to get it tuned can i drive it to the PCM tunner to get it tunned with the stock PCM tune!! after i instal the cam thanks.

get a set of new z06 springs. i honestly would pull the head and do lifters, pushrods etc as well.

make sure to use good quality locks, retainers on springs replace the valve seals while the springs are out. this is all good cheap insurance in the end. plus you have a whole new valvetrain. the bottom end is good for 300k+ without breaking a sweat.

just remember, that is a really small cam although better than stock. you will make more power but nothing spectacular. and if you tow at all you might loose a little low end torque. not really sure on that though.
