Found loose bolt when drained the oil 2007 Yukon 6.2L

A loose bolt came out with the oil when changing the oil. Anyone ever had that before. It is a 5/16" diam fine thread x 1.5" long with phillips head. Could be a metric of similar diam. Black in color.

Any guess on what it might have come from?

Came out when changing the oil as in you removed the plug and out came a bolt with the oil?
