Have a reputable local shop build/rebuild a trans for you. If you are wanting a spare trans that is ready for when you are ready to swap, get a builder from CL, OU, or the like and have a shop build it for you with in a reasonable amount of time before you swap. A good trans shop should have a 4l60/65 done within a few days depending on how backed up they are.
