Bout to do the free travel mod finally. When loaded its comin down on the bump stops.

Also... i was wondering. Should the factory air leveling system be able to level out a full trailer or am i expecting 2 much from all that weight.

Iirc the factory system is good up to 1000 lbs additional weight. You could also add an air ride kit if you require more support for heavy loads. Its pretty cheap.

U mean like a load leveler kit?

The trailer was 7k fully loaded... so I guess thats why it couldnt lift it.

Yes I use a sawzall cut below frame and good to go. The bumpstops I ship with the kit fit thru the oem hole thats on the axle pad

Any pancake bump stop would work there.
