Swapped out the CV axle and found the old one to have little to no acticulation. It was also filled with sludge and water. It took longer to get the strut back in with the leveling kit than the actual shaft.

I'm thinking hub as well. Especially since you're getting fake ABS pulses, that's where the speed sensor is located.

I had a bad hub before where the bearing itself wasn't bad but water had gotten inside the hub and the reluctor wheel was disintegrating from rust. I had the same ABS actuation when coming to a stop. It was pretty interesting as I'd come to almost a complete stop behind a vehicle and the brakes would pulse back at me and decrease the braking power.

I hooked up my TechII and saw that the speed sensor would work until I got below 7mph, then it would instantly drop to 0mph and the ABS would kick in thinking that wheel had locked up.
