What size tires are you running? My guess is that it is those Pirelli tires, they don't wear that great and I have seen them cause some of those same symptoms on other vehicles.

I'm pretty sure it's the tires also. I just got 2 new ones on Thursday but Discount Tire wanted to put them on the back. The old ones they moved to the front had a little better tread than the ones we pulled off and it seems to drive a little better.

I'm getting the other 2 tires this week and should also be getting a new set of wheels so hopefully it will smooth out.

Why do you think the Pirelli's don't wear we'll? I have 39k miles on them and they are good for at least another 5-10k just by looking at the tires. That's pretty impressive for a 24" tire.

I've looked at a couple other tire brands but I just don't think there is a better looking tire out there. Both the sidewall and the tread look very clean.

Wow! That is pretty impressive, a lot of that goes to you and the vehicle maintence too, nice work. All Pirelli's may not be bad, I should not have put them all In the same group but most of the Pirelli's that come factory on fords and camaros all seem to wear on the outside shoulder and the body of the tire leaving a ridge that the vehicle is supposed to ride on, which gives the same symptoms as what you had. It is hard for me to explain and kind of hard to see, when I point I out to my customers they don't fully believe it untill I put on a new set and tell'em money back guarantee. But 40k out of a set of 24's is damn good.
