front leveling kit with 24s?

Yeah a 285/40/25 Nitto TG is taller (more sidewall), but not as wide.
Then General makes a 305/40/24 which is wider and taller but you may have clearance issues with a tire that big.

how much taller do you think that would be then a 33? i had 20s and 33" STTs for awhile with no rubbing

The 285/40/24 is a 33" tire, while the 305/40/24 is a 33" also but really measure 33.5"
so you should clear either one with little to no trimming.

i have a suspension maxx front level kit with my 2004 Z71...but i have 20's with 33" tires...I love it!
