Hi how often fuel filter should be changed on the 01 yukon denali ?

Every 30,000 miles per the owners manual. You can grab an owners manual on ebay. Some new in mint condition with cover, others cheap and in poor condition with pages torn, etc...

Where do you live though... salt and rust make extremely hard to loosen up....if it was never changed you might have a hell of time cracking them nuts loose.... under the frame rail drivers side in front of the fuel tank.... iirc....good luck
