fuel mialage tuning

Has anyone tried to tune for fuel mialage on a 08 denali? I time with efilive. Tranny could use some firming up too anyone have experience? Tq management feels like a lot too is it needed in these heavy trucks worth the6l80?

MPGs and HP go hand in hand, there is no specific fuel mileage tune.
