I am trying to find an exploded view diagram or other information on how the fuel inlet and return lines are sealed in the fuel pressure regulator housing. There appears to be some sort of gasket or o-ring but I can[t tell and am fearful for moving it around to make it worse. It has a slight leak when running and then causes the system to lose pressure when shut off. You can hear the air sucking noise from that line.

If anyone can get me some more info or tell me how these lines are sealed I would be very appreciative.

Thanks in advance.

While engine is COLD, seperate the line, remove oring and replace with new one.
Problem solved.
Any auto store will have it.

If the oring is not cut or scratched, you can wipe on brake fluid. A very small amount and reinstall it very fast.
The oring will swell up to 5x its normal size very rapidly! <------
Dont recommend this, bit it is a solution that has worked for me in the past.

Ive looked online at Napa, Autozone, and Oreilly. Can't seem to located any type of o-ring part or number for that return line. I find numerous o-rings for the injectors however.

Anyone have any ideas?
