I've seen some pics, not too bad
You have?

Hopefully the Silverado isn’t any indication at all. It looks like the same junk. Cartoonish. The same crap plastic interior. The new RAM, superior in every way, especially with the most impressive interior on an American vehicle to date.

I have always been a GM guy but Ram is planning a full size SUV that will ride on the their new generation 1500 chassis. GM better have a great refresh or I will jump brands for the family truckster just based on the interior. The new RAMs are amazing in my opinion and make the new silverado interior look dated already. I have been waiting for the new silverados so I can trade up but have decided on the new RAM instead.

Have you seen more information on this rumored Ram full size SUV? It’s not the rumored larger Grande Wagoner?

Never having been the “whats newest off the assembly line”, I like maintaining what I have to a degree of near perfection.

This 04 Suburban 2500 8.1 4x4 L480e is in excellent condition for a 14 year old vehicle. I did a level lift with cognito ucas and installed 20” AR 719 rims with michelin ltx at2 rubber.

To protect the big behind on this gal, i installed the pioneer avic 8201 nex w/backup cam. Caught it on sale at crutchfield. The double din unit was a breeze to install, retained all the factory features like steering wheel controls, onstar and Bose speakers.

Everything works. It has 107,000 miles and has 4.10 gears for the 12,000 tow capacity. I expect this machine to out last me. Who needs to spend 85k?
We love the ride and the room.

My broinlaw wants me to put twin turbos on it... at approx 7grand.

700+hp?!?

I really miss my 04 *sigh* As far as FCA coming out with a Full Size SUV, that would be great, but the good ole boys on the Dodge Forums think it will be 5 or more years before that comes out. FCA does not have the money, heck the Venerable Dodge Journey is two years behind in its replacement. FCA seems to have got it right with the RAM. They have a lot riding on it.

GM finally ditched the steering wheel offset on the new sikverado so that will likely be the case on the suvs as well.

I’ve had three GM fullsizers with the offset and cant say it’s bothered me but never understood why it was there.

Really?? That's great. The steering wheel offset always drove me nuts.
