Really?? That's great. The steering wheel offset always drove me nuts.

Yup, gone on on the new Silverado. Makes sense the suvs will follow suit.

If you read mark reuss’s recent published comments, he said GM was still struggling with the after effects of the bankruptcy when the current generation of full sizers was engineered and produced. They had to make compromises to get the vehicles to market quickly. He stated his satisfaction with the new Silverado and added it was the vehicle they wanted to make all along.

That gives me hope the ride and body issues on the new suvs will be fixed. It also gives insight as to why this generation will have a slightly shorter life cycle than the previous two. Competition has increased as welll.

One thing I’m leery about is the new AFM that can run on one cylinder.

Have you seen more information on this rumored Ram full size SUV?

Plenty of "FCA Might be considering..." stories on the internet, mostly having come out during auto show season last year. No indication of any confirmed plans and definitely no production schedule or anything like that. I'll believe it when I see the car hit the dealers.

Kind of interesting to see Expedition sales for January down 15%. Im sure inventory is not yet built up but also think there is some sticker shock going on there.

GM moved almost 20,000 fullsize suvs , Ford 4600, Nissan about 4000 and Toyota about 2500.

Well I’m sure rental agencies aren’t needing new expys at the moment or something like that. And I doubt it’s sticker shock, as you can see it didn’t affect GM. $78k for a burb!

I actually think it’s due to production issues. They can’t make them fast enough to meet demand, especially the Platinum trim Expy and the top trim Navigator. By spring/summer once production is in full swing, we should know how they’re really doing compared to GM. Competition is a great thing! Keeps the auto manufacturers on their toes so we have better products to choose from.
