Nope. Ford trucks are the trucks and the Ford Explorer is the best 3 row suv. Based solely on sales of course.

Don’t hate the playah son, hate the game.
Vehicles have class sizes. They’re not classed by rows. Each class goes into a lot more detail than just seating rows. With that said, explorer IS NOT in the same class as Tahoe/sub/Yukon/Escalade

The 2021 Tahoe is even larger internally than the Expedition Max. I reckon GM will have some new engines for this platform in 2 or 3 years. V6 turbos are cool, raced them for years, but in a truck? What kind of real world mileage do they get and how enduring are they? In short, how do they stack up against an LS?

I ran across an article where they said the Suburban and Tahoe would have the availability of the 3.0L straight 6 Duramax diesel.

Maybe eventually the 3/4 ton Sub will have the V8 Duramax.

Either way, I am going to be very tempted to get back in the diesel market with these additions.

It's not even a truck anymore with it being a unibody, more like a minivan or crossover.

They even made 1-ton Suburbans for Uncle Sam and Duraburb would convert them to diesel. The new 6.6 Gas Motor is pretty slick though. Check out TFL Truck on youtube for video of the new 3.0 diesels in the GM Tahoe and Suburban.
