so I have a body lift and put some on years and years ago when I did it but the rears tore due to rubbing. I probably made them too tight at the corners and now with black wheels it really stands out now and I want to replace them. The problem is that I don't need a whole set and don't want to pay $75 for them. They look like they're just 1/8" black rubber. Has anyone here made their own?

Yes. I made some from HDPE sheet. I don't have a body lift though, mine cover the gaps from a suspension lift between the chassis and body in the front wheel wells.

Where did you get the sheet from?

you can find a 12x24" sheet that I trimmed and cut a slit for the brake lines. Easy and low cost. If there is not a camera flash on the rubber, it disappears into the wheel well and looks great. Who knows how long it will last. Pick up some grommets and push them in.
