I called them. I inquired more technical details about the product and to purchase one. The person on the phone stated that the tech info is on the web site and it can only be ordered from the website then hung up. No "anything else I can help with" or "thanks for calling." I'm thinking that the quality of the customer service reflects the quality of the product.

From my research the Super Chips Flashpaq 2865 or 2840. The 2865 is the old model. The 2840 has the same features its just the next version and its $10 more. For the ultimate tune go with black bear.

or, retorq can look at previous posts of each user and realize they are both vortecs so he can answer the question appropriately like he had some super esp like myself.

oh and there are no "chips" that can be used on vortecs. you reprogram the PCM. unlike an ECM which get the prom changed out.
