I found this site that contains the GM Heritage Vehicle Information Kits: http://www.gmheritagecenter.com/gm-heritage-archive/vehicle-information-kits.html
The Tahoe from 1995 through 2007 guides are available for download. They contain information that was given to the dealers when ordering a vehicle, what options were available, and other information that is useful. I think they are a great reference item. I ordered one for my 1986 Monte Carlo SS and if I remember correctly, it was sent to me at no charge. Those of you with Tahoes older than 1995 may need to call to see if a guide is available. Just thought I would pass this information along to all of you.

ps, the 95 tahoe one, sucks. it looks like someone scanned it when they were drunk as hell, some of the pages are missing like half the info. pages are tilted one way and cutting off information.. ahhhh

unknown at this time.
A lot of old documents are scanned like that in many different industries. They probably figured they want it copied in a hurry with no regard for the quality of the print as long as the info is readable. I hate that. The WOT function has been around for years before that in vehicles. maybe until 1996 they did not find it viable to do in the trucks. Domestic anyway.
