I just saw these rims with tires in the parts department at Thorobred Chev in Chandler, AZ for $2000, NEW! The $5500 your dealer is quoting is ludacris.
I was looking at some other items the day I bought my Tahoe from them. They said they have had a tought time selling them. Perhaps give them a call and check what they'd charge to ship to you.
